Welcome to SRC Vista. This is our new loyalty program developed and designed to keep track of what you like, and how you like it. That way we can think ahead and send you rewards and bonuses to compliment your next experiences with us. We are excited to introduce many new benefits. New and existing members will enjoy the same benefits along with numerous other great advantages for you to enjoy as a member of SRC Vista. Benefits will still include “Dollars for Points Incentives ”, “the E Birthday Club”, and “The Member Sign-Up Anniversary Award”. In addition, we will be introducing “Specialty Event Announcements”, “VIP Discounts” and “Exclusive Dining and Lounge Events” for your enjoyment. We will keep you informed about national and local benefits that we will be offered at each of our national restaurant locations. Information and descriptions will be available to our members soon. We are preparing the new benefits and we will re-launch our program with newly added improvements by the end of 2010.

What’s happening? Why are you changing the program?

We are making improvements to offer additional benefits to our guests that they want. Our loyalty program will offer our guests’ points earnings and accumulation to qualify for special offers, special deals and special preferences. Our loyalty program members will qualify to enjoy VIP invitations to special events, premier live entertainment, and signature dining experiences. We will be able to offer our guests a greater variety of benefits than our previous program.

Can I use my card that I received before?

Yes! Your card is working now and you may accumulate points from its use!

How do I qualify for my free Birthday meal?

When you register your card, you must register to receive information and promotions from our loyalty program. When you click to receive more information we will send you a free Birthday meal. The Birthday Meal is a $35 value gift card for use during the member's birthday week.

What if I have a birthday meal on my card from before? Can I use it?

No. The Birthday meal is available only with your Birthday month. This Birthday Meal is redeemable for 30 days during your Birthday month. How long is my Birthday meal good for?

Your Birthday meal is meant to be redeemed within your Birthday month. You will have 30 days to enjoy your Birthday on us!

What if I have lost my card?

We can replace your card at the restaurant from our support center. Please contact your local restaurant manager, or Alexis Syariff, at our support center, if you have any questions or comments by calling (714) 279-6142.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points through usage of your SRC Vista card. You will accumulate a point for every dollar you spend.

What can I do with my points that I have saved/earned?

Points help us to identify guests’ frequency. We will reward guests with offers or discounts according to how often they use the SRC Vista card, and their points? accumulation.

Can I use my points to buy food at the restaurant?

No. Points are issued to each guest to keep track of how often they enjoy the restaurant. As our guest accumulates points, we will send them offers, bonuses, and discounts that they can take advantage of at the restaurant.

Can I use my card discounts or points during an already discounted or special priced offering period, (happy hour, early sunset dinners, or beat the clock specials)?

No. Guests will not be able to use their card to discount on top of a promotional, discounted, or specialty offering. SRC Vista members earn points that qualify them for offers and value priced specials. SRC Vista members will receive offers and special discount invitations to reward their dining frequency. For use with lounge and dining room purchases only. Not for use with Catering, Sales, or Banquet events. Reward points earned are not redeemable for cash and hold no cash value.

How can I check my balance?

You can easily check your points balance on the card by going online to the restaurant website, or to www.SpecialtyRestaurants.com. There you will find easy instructions on how to check your points balance.

Does it cost anything to join the SRC Vista?

What do I get for being part of SRC Vista?

Registered SRC Vista guests enjoy an annual birthday celebration entrée, (a $35 value gift card to enjoy during your Birthday month!), qualifying points for discounts and offerings on future visits, invitations to specialty events, free WiFi, and insider deals and secrets.

Can I book a table reservation online?

Yes. You can at each of our restaurant websites found at www.specialtyrestaurants.com, or at www.opentable.com.

Can I earn points when someone else at my table pays the bill?

SRC Vista is a program designed to reward our guests for dining with us all the time. Your SRC Vista card can be used to earn points when paying for the whole table; however, only one SRC Vista card can be used for any one dining check transaction, at one time.

Can two members from the same household be members?

Yes! Of course! Simply enroll at any one of our restaurants and the second household member will be given a membership card. However, the qualifying points of the two memberships cannot be combined for rewards.

Do I get points for events with SRC Event Group and Catering?

Unfortunately, points accumulated cannot be used with SRC Event Group and Catering. Business frequency from SRC Event Group and Catering is not eligible for SRC Vista loyalty points.

Do I earn points for tax and gratuity?

Points are NOT rewarded on tax and gratuity.
